Digital Account Manager

We’re looking for an incredibly organized and talented Digital Account Manager to join our agency. You will manage our medium and large client portfolios, provide expert guidance to clients, and lead our digital team to deliver on projects. We’re looking for some pretty niche skills! If you have experience with Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Digital Accessibility (WCAG2.0AA & AODA), and Search Engine Optimization, or any of the above, we want to meet you.


You will:

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key clients and their teams
  • Develop and execute digital strategies to increase client ROI
  • Work with our senior team on proposals, SOWs, project briefs, etc.
  • Track multiple projects and tasks through to completion
  • Time and budget track for all projects
  • Participate in business development and networking
  • Manage and set team and client meetings
  • Maintain and manage client communications
  • Work closely with the senior team on a variety of projects
  • Collaborate and provide clear leadership to the team to seamlessly execute campaigns and projects
  • Travel to meet clients
  • Give some presentations and sales pitches
  • Manage AdWords and create reports
  • Constantly research new trends and digital updates

Required Skills:

  • A fundamental knowledge of current digital marketing initiatives including, but not limited to:
    • Search Engine Marketing
    • Search Engine Optimization
    • Programmatic Advertising
    • Remarketing
    • Content Marketing
    • Social Media Marketing
    • Influencer Marketing
    • WCAG2.0 AA & AODA
  • An understanding of digital performance tracking. This may include:
    • Google Analytics
    • Google Tag Manager
    • AdWords & Social Pixel Tracking
    • Salesforce
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Word and Excel, Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and Dropbox
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to communicate effectively
  • Team oriented, yet self-motivated
  • Superior organization and time management skills; coupled with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Curiosity and excitement for new web technologies/techniques that enhance our client’s experience
  • The ability to self-teach
  • Excellent ability to problem solve
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in a digital marketing role

Desired Skills:

  • Understanding of Salesforce, Sitecore, Marketo, gShift, SEMrush, Siteimprove, or MOZ
  • Experience with account management
  • Some HR experience
  • Experience with QuickBooks
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team of people
  • Positive, with a good sense of humour
